The performance of “Sakti Merong Mahawangsa” offers a modern and dynamic interpretation of Malaysia's historical legend, narrating the journey of Merong Mahawangsa in establishing Kedah Zamin Turan, which is now known as the state of Kedah.
This theater production has been chosen as a symbol of the unwavering spirit of the National Academy of Arts, Culture, and Heritage in preserving and elevating the country's artistic and cultural heritage.
