An extremely popular spot among hikers, Broga Hill is a great place to enjoy a weekend hiking trip with friends and to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The 400-metre high Broga Hill offers hikers an adventurous trip, and a beautiful aerial view of the skyline at the top.
Two trails are open to the public currently, with one requires hikers to ascend steeper paths, but the length is shorter than the other trail. The trails are well-marked and easy to follow. There are three viewing points - at 880 feet, 1150 feet, and finally at the top at 1312 feet.
Most hikers will start their hike early in the morning to catch the beautiful view of sunrise from the summit. Don’t forget to bring along a torchlight and wear proper shoes to ensure a comfortable hike.
The hill offers unique scenery once hikers reached the top. The summits of Broga Hill are covered with long grass; no tall shady trees are in sight. The vast green hilltop and gentle winds provide a magical feeling for all conquerors.
