Important Terms & Conditions:
- All activities are subject to weather conditions. No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to bad weather.
- Children aged 3 to 11 years old (based on year of birth) will be charged at a child rate.
- Infants below 3 years old must share a bed with parents and are only charged for the ferry ticket.
- Booking Amendments:
- Normal days: Changes must be made at least 30 days before travel.
- School holidays & peak seasons: Changes must be made at least 60 days before travel.
- If the new travel date has a higher price, the difference will be charged.
